Principal responsibilities
- Own and implement the portfolio financial plan ensuring key financial scorecard metrics are met
- Support GCIO alignment of departmental organisational and resourcing strategy in response to financial and headcount targets
- Focussed on meeting financial objectives at regional and global level; contributing to strategic plans and managing teams to ensure objectives are met
- Develop close and effective working relationships with VS leadership team and be the trusted advisor of choice for the VS Leadership team
- Maintain a diverse network of relationships across technology and the business as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with external and internal partners.
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets and expenditure.
- Prioritisation of Tech Governed investment portfolio in line with strategic objectives.
- Support implementation of agreed COO model.
Requirements
- Has helped operationally run a Portfolio function within a technology department.
- Has faced off to GCB 3 level stakeholders within IT and the Business.
- HSBC experience preferred .

- High level proficience with Excel
