Responsibilities 职责:
As a key member of our global team, you will support regulatory compliance for raw materials focusing on the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the focal point for regulatory raw material data maintenance in the APAC region.
- Engage with suppliers to collect, clarify, and update regulatory documentation.
- Maintain and manage active supplier contact information.
- Perform data entry and updates in SAP EHS systems.
- Support internal stakeholders by responding to regulatory data requests via Salesforce.
- Conduct quality checks on supplier documentation and assess for regulatory changes.
- Communicate relevant changes to Product Stewardship peers globally.
- Collaborate closely with the APAC Business Line Steward team to align on regional priorities.
- Support the raw material approval process, including the evaluation and approval of new raw materials and raw material extensions in alignment with internal regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute projects focused on regulatory data collection, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications 要求:
Must-Haves
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential for global collaboration.
- Educational background in chemistry (e.g., B.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Technician).
- Strong interest in chemical regulations and a desire to build expertise in this field.
- Analytical mindset with logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with good time management and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Cultural openness and enthusiasm for working in a diverse, international team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with SAP EHS or Salesforce
- Experience or coursework related to chemical regulations (e.g., GHS, global chemical inventories etc.).
- Interest in data systems, digital tools, and project coordination.
