Job responsibilities
- Lead or support important projects to drive growth initiatives, change activities, risk and control programs, etc.
- Advocate positive changes to enhance the company’s infrastructure, processes, risk and control, collaboration model, etc.
- Participate in Automation Project and continuously explore opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce errors.
- Assists with any ad hoc tasks or projects when required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years’ work experience in a similar position with sound knowledge of the China Fund Industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, willing to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
- Strong influencing power and capability to collaborate with others for partnership.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Compliance, Legal, Technology or Project Management preferred.
