AP Data Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The AP Service Data Operations Specialist is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing service-related data to ensure operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves processing large datasets, maintaining data integrity, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data management within a service-oriented environment. Also can work as a service order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Management & Processing:

• Collect, validate, and maintain service-related data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in databases and CRM systems.
• Perform regular data cleaning and deduplication to uphold data quality standards.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports on service performance, KPIs, and trends.
• Analyze service data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.

Process Optimization:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend and implement automation solutions to enhance data processing.
• Support the integration of new tools/systems for better data management.

Customer & Service Support:

• Assist in resolving data-related issues impacting service delivery.
• Provide insights to improve customer experience based on data trends.
• Work with customer service teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.

AI Integration & Optimization:

Explore and recommend opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions into operational workflows to enhance efficiency, automation, and predictive capabilities.

Order management and fulfillment for all ISG service parts orders received in the AP Region.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. overseas education background or work experience is preferred,
• Minimum two years working experience in data analysis, data operations, business intelligence, or a similar role, with supply chain knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills, English will be the working language.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel(Power query, micro) , Power BI and scripting languages (Python/R etc).
• Outstanding analytical capabilities with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
