Responsibilities* Processing and tracking corporate account opening, account maintenance, account closure, and internet banking operations, encompassing client data review, system data entry, and verification.* Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and reconciliation of account information in compliance with regulatory mandates.* Providing proactive and high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues pertaining to account operations and associated products.* Maintaining familiarity with banking account service operations, internet banking processes, and internal control systems to ensure daily compliance with both internal group and regulatory requirements.* Participating in system testing for new business ventures and products, and providing assistance during their implementation phases.* Collaborating with department supervisors/managers to meet internal and external audit assessment criteria and complete necessary rectifications within specified timelines.Requirements* Bachelor's degree or above.
