Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1. 跨团队沟通与协调
作为中国与海外研发团队的主要联络人，推动中英文的高效沟通；
协助业务与技术需求的双语转化和澄清，促进双方理解；
组织并协调线上/线下的项目会议、技术评审与协同工作。
2. 项目推进与交付跟踪
支持 AI Cloud 产品（AIOps、云原生、私有/混合云等）的需求分析、排期规划与进度跟踪；
管理项目风险、依赖关系与状态通报，保障项目按时交付；
协调中外开发、测试、架构等角色的日常协作。
3. 技术澄清与文档支持
协助团队对接架构设计、API 接口、系统集成等关键技术问题；
维护关键技术资料与项目文档（中英文），支持团队知识传递和新员工培训。
4. 团队支持与流程推动
协助海外新员工熟悉联想的研发流程、工具与平台；
收集团队反馈，促进中外团队之间的协作效率与满意度提升。
岗位要求：
- 计算机、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 2年以上软件开发或技术项目管理经验，有海外项目或团队协作经验优先；
- 出色的中英文书面与口语表达能力，具备跨文化沟通能力；
- 熟练掌握项目管理工具与方法（如 Jira、Confluence、敏捷/Scrum）；
- 熟悉云计算、DevOps、IT 运维平台等相关技术；
- 有AI、AIOps、云原生平台项目经验者优先。
加分项：
- 性格稳重、细致，具备较强的独立执行力和协调能力；
- 有海外留学、工作背景或外企项目经验者更佳；
- 愿意接受不定期的短期出差。
