Job Overview 综述:
1. Be responsible for OEM spec-in requests for all CE product line.
2. Negotiate internally with product team to align our material data properly with correct testing properties, methods, frequencies, and limits needed to gain customer specs successfully.
3. Search, collect and prepare data (lot, mechanical, ID scans, application testing etc.) based on the testing items in OEM spec-in request; generate the data gap list for data obtainment.
4. Review and submit the files and/or data package to customers (OEMs, Tier Ones, etc.) for material approval.
5. Compile spec-in requests from OEMs; Formalize OEM report; Understand specified requests from OEMs.
6. Management of customer specification documents.
7. Collaboration with OEMs and product team to develop material standard for material approval and spec-in.
8. Consultancy on customer material standards, specs and requirements for sales and marketing, technical, operation team regarding customer material standards, specification process and requirements.
9. Participate the local standardization/industrial organization activities.
10. Customer interface as specification lead, to negotiate specifications with OEMs and external customers.

Qualifications 要求:
1. At least 3 years work experience in lab for engineer material & elastomers testing. More than 5 years' experience in relevant industry.
2. Can work in bilanguage - English and Chinese.
3. Good communication and negotiating skills: both speaking and writing.
4. Knowledgeable in ISO17025 lab management system and requirements.
5. Understanding of industry standards (specifications) and the ability to align, interpret or provide appropriate. industry specification for our products.
6. Key Competencies: Results Driven, Disciplined and Agile.
7. Bachelor’s or above degree in Science or Engineer field.
