Accounting Expert
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of financial reporting including monthly and year-end financial statements
Ensure IFRS compatibility for all locations
Prepare, process and reconcile inter-company accounts.
Coordination and execution of consolidation processes for multiple international entities
Support projects with functional expertise
Support and guidance for local teams across various sites on accounting standards and procedures
Collaboration with external auditors during audit processes
Continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
Monitoring compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred
Strong knowledge in IFRS, local GAAP and taxation procedures
3 years+ professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
Strong English language skills in order to act globally
Strong ability of communication, mediation between the interfaces and ability to work in a team
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
