Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management Responsibilities
- Ensure clients/agencies understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
- Set and manage client expectations, deliverables and timeframes
- Project Management Responsibilities
- Set and manage client expectations, concurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and timelines, ensuring work is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done
- Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
- Provide administrative support to team as required
- Quality Control
- Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followed
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years managing and servicing international accounts
- Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production (MR adaptations for various platforms)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Good to possess excellent written & verbal skills in English
- Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
