Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Planning:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans ensure alignment with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Monitor and adjust plans in real-time to respond to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, and adapt flexibly to unexpected events.
- Digital Transformation:
- Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
- Using digital tools to improve work efficiency and accuracy continuously and visualize the management of key performance indicators.
- Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OTD, ITO, and OFT.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance daily operation performance.
- Inventory analysis monthly, focus on optimizing inventory, especially on balancing the demand and inventory
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and strategies.
- Communicate planning status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and digital transformation.
- Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, tools, and systems.
What You Need to Succeed
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive performance improvements.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in spoken English
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data analytics software, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Attributes:
